Shop Policies & Service Guidelines

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Standard Shipping Fee: £3 for all orders (UK mainland only).
• Free Shipping Offer: Free standard shipping on all orders over £50 (UK mainland only).
• Processing Time: All our jewelry is handmade to order, so the production time is 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before shipping.
• Delivery Time: After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 11-15 working days for UK mainland addresses (shipping from China).
• Customs & Duties: For orders outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees incurred. We do not cover these additional costs.
• Shipping Responsibility: We will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Custom Made Products Terms

• Size Check: Please carefully check the size specifications listed on each product page before purchasing. We recommend measuring your wrist/neck/ring size accurately to avoid fit issues.
• Handmade Differences: Slight variations in bead placement, color shade or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. These are not considered quality defects and are part of the unique charm of handcrafted items.
• Order Modification/Cancellation: You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, the production process will have started, and modifications/cancellations will not be accepted.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

• Non-Quality Issues: No returns or exchanges will be accepted for custom-made products if there are no quality problems (e.g., wrong size chosen by the buyer, change of mind, slight handmade variations).
• Quality Issues: If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken beads, loose clasps, incorrect design as ordered), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with clear photos/videos of the defect. We will communicate with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.

4. Other Important Terms

• Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal for secure payments.
• Jewelry Care: Please take good care of your beaded jewelry to maintain its condition (e.g., avoid contact with water, perfume, or chemicals). We are not liable for damage caused by improper care.
• Intellectual Property: All designs of Grace & Co. BeadWhisper are original or legally authorized. Unauthorized reproduction, copying or resale of our designs is prohibited.
