1. Order Processing & Dispatch

 
  • Production Time: All our jewelry is handmade to order. After your payment is confirmed, our artisans will start crafting your piece within 1-2 working days, with a total production time of 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and UK/Chinese public holidays).
  • Dispatch Trigger: Your order will be dispatched from our workshop in China as soon as production is complete. You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 12 hours of dispatch.
 

2. Delivery Timeframe

 
  • Estimated Delivery: After dispatch, the estimated delivery time to UK mainland addresses is 11-15 working days.
  • Potential Delays: This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by public holidays (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year), logistics congestion, or customs processing. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these unforeseen circumstances.
 

3. Tracking Your Order

 
  • Tracking Number: A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
  • How to Track: Click the tracking link in the email to monitor your package’s journey via our logistics partner’s website.
  • Tracking Updates: Please allow 2-3 working days after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
 

4. Shipping Address Changes

 
  • Modification Window: You can request a shipping address change only within 24 hours of payment. After this period, your order will have entered production, and address changes will not be possible.
  • How to Modify: Contact our customer support team immediately at support@gracebead.com if you need to update your address.
 

5. Customs & Duties (Aligned with Store Terms)

 
  • For orders outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred. These costs are not included in your product price or shipping fee, and we do not cover these additional expenses.
  • Please note that customs processing times vary by country and may cause delivery delays, which are beyond our control.
