All jewelry is handmade to order. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours upon payment confirmation.

Delivery is available to France, Germany, Italy, the UK, Spain, Poland, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Hungary, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Luxembourg.
 
Shipping services are not provided to any other countries and regions except the ones clearly listed above.
 

3. Delivery Timeframe

 
  • 6-10 working days: the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal
  • 10-15 working days: Italy, Poland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Luxembourg
 

4. Potential Delays

 
The above timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year), logistics congestion, or customs clearance. We shall not be liable for any delays caused by such unforeseen circumstances.
